Made Strong in Our Weakness

by Jonothan Mill

God is calling Christians to deeper levels of  brokenness, humility and complete trust in God. This has to be the core foundation of us coming to God and ministering out of God. If our motives and character are not in line with God’s truth and His heart, there is a separation and divide that must be bridged and can be done through a knowledge of our true condition.

Knowing the true condition of our heart is a powerful revelation, as it puts us in a perspective of how amazingly perfect God is and how weak we are and in need of His righteousness. It can take all our vain ideas and swap it for something far greater, a knowledge that we get to share in His purpose for us and a love for who He is.

When we are weak we can be honest before God and one another because we know our condition and can be healed far deeper than we could ever think was possible and become more whole in our being. It  guards us against further delusion and brings us into right perspective and understanding of God and who He is.

2 Cor 13:4 - For though He was crucified through weakness, yet He liveth by the power of God. For we also are weak in Him, but we shall live with Him by the power of God toward you.

My declaration to you is God can do mighty works and incredible things through us, and as we head deeper into our calling both individually and corporately, we must understand that God is far more interested in the condition of our heart and character than any calling that we may have.

We could have a powerful calling but if love is not being perfected in us from a place of brokenness and weakness, we have to forget about calling for now and seek God anew as a healer and deliverer.

Public ministry has to be from a place of closeness and humility, if it isn’t, God will begin the process of stepping you down from your position. All positions and titles must be bent low to the knowledge of God, as it is all His anyway.

The enemy is out to devour whomever he can. If we don’t listen and obey God through sound biblical truth, our appointed leaders and from hearing Him clearly for ourselves, we are setting ourselves up for a fall and God does not want us to fall.

I believe God is going to directly speak to leaders (those in a position of responsibility) across the world about this issue, and if they do not take God seriously they will be forced by the hand of God out of their position, whether God placed them there or not.

I believe that the shake down will begin at the top, as it will become an example to the greater body of Christ, because God is far more serious about the person! This is God’s love to His people, He only ever wanted the best for us because His intent is perfect toward us. He is pure in all His ways.

God is about to entrust some people with anointings that will be world changing. Giftings and callings are serious and we need to take the Lord seriously because the Lord doesn’t want to clean up a mess we leave behind.

As the famous ‘Spiderman’ quote goes -“With great power comes great responsibility.”

I believe the church will begin to start moving, not just in the new thing, but also the re-tapping of the ancient wells, particularly in the areas of physical healings, bible teaching and the sense of community in the body of Christ.

Php 4:13 - “I can do ALL things through Christ who strengthens me.”

How incredible if we just lived these scriptures and how much of an example we would be if we moved and lived out of these things.

The will of God is a powerful thing, it can make the ordinary extraordinary. We are destined for so much, we have to find out what the fullness of living out of the resurrection life is all about.

We haven’t lived until we live this Gospel to the fullest.

What a AWESOME God we serve!! Yeehaw!!!
