COMMITMENT
by Tony Clark
I received this word as Forerunners was entering the season of home group meetings but didn’t feel to release it at that time.
It shouldn’t be a surprise that there be offenses amongst us, or difficulties, because God is bringing us into a season of closeness. Not only in the sense of home groups, but relationally. How we interact and function together in close quarters. There is a new level of commitment needed – to each other and to God. Because without commitment we run at the first sign of trouble. It's about preferring one another, and it’s about respect. Respecting each other according to who we are in God, what we are called to, and in that honouring God, because we are His and He has made us the way we are and it’s about recognising God in the process, because we are His handiwork. We can easily rely on each other for affirmation and encouragement as to who we are, but its a time that we need a deeper sense of that affirmation from God Himself, so that we come into more of a sense that we are His and we stand before Him alone, and are accountable to Him for our gifts and our character. This will help us function better together as we are clearly defined in Him. He really is doing a splendid job in us, we are really a work of fine art that God is putting a lot of focus and perfect workmanship into. We really are something special. We are ‘specifics’, made very purposefully, because God has a very specific plan in mind for us in His purpose. God’s wisdom is unsurpassable, and in these days He is pouring His wisdom into His bride, into His people, into His vessels. His glory is very much supported by His wisdom. His glory is who He is but part of who He is, is how He does things, and He is so wise and masterful that His glory is seen in all that He does. We need to submit to His dealings in this time, as He forms us and shapes us, and dig our feet in, let our roots go down, be in the meetings, it’s imperative in this season to not take lightly what God is doing. Commitment is a big key.

INTOLERANCE - TOLERANCE
by Glenice Mills
For the past couple of months the Lord keeps speaking to me the word INTOLERANCE. I have struggled to understand what He wants to say about this and I have been quietly seeking Him about what He wants to reveal.
God is not so concerned about the things we think He might be concerned for. He already knows what is going to happen as part of ushering in end times. Some things have to happen. Scripture says they will happen. We should not be surprised. For example the prophets of old still had to live through the times they were prophesying about. For example Elijah had to live through the famine he prophesied.
The truth is what appears to be the main issue – is not necessarily the area the Lord is highlighting. It is about His priorities and they are not always what we think. There are many words out there and it is easy to be swayed by popular opinion. It is about correct balance.
There is so much muddying of the waters that to hear the Lord’s heart and the things He wants to reveal is often hijacked by the media and by well meaning Christians. It is not necessarily what is actually His concern. The most vocal aren’t necessarily the most accurate.
The enemy loves to ride on opinions of man and push people’s fears. As a prophet it is easy to get swept on that tide of public opinion and even the opinion of the general church. Facebook, websites, even words from different prophets around the world can take us off and away from what God is actually saying. That is not to say these words are wrong, but more importantly we need to seek the Lord for what He is saying ourselves.
There are many words but often what gets overlooked is maybe a deeper more complex issue – one that is hidden. That is why Scripture tells us the Lord reveals His secrets to His servants the prophets.
As a prophet it can be difficult and even overwhelming as there are so many words out there. Our job is to hear God’s heart on a matter. For that to happen we need to check our own hearts first. That is what the Lord has been doing with me. I dare not speak of something without checking my own sinful heart.
I have spent some time grappling with this word intolerance. First we need to look at the meaning of intolerance.
Intolerance is a lack of tolerance; an unwillingness or refusal to tolerate or respect opinions or beliefs contrary to one's own.
It is an unwillingness or refusal to tolerate or respect persons of a different social group, especially members of a minority group.
We as Christians have to be very careful we do not in our self-righteousness speak against others from an intolerant, biased viewpoint. We can in no way agree with ungodly doctrines, or anything that sets itself up against the Lordship of Jesus Christ. This is where it gets very difficult because we have to know God’s heart. We have to hate the things God hates. The key to this is separating the people from the issue. This is where things get confusing. Satan is the author of confusion and we cannot and must not compromise the Word of God.
The key to the word intolerance is the words unwillingness and refusal to tolerate. We have to be careful that our preconceived ideas, and what culture dictates do not distort our view of how we see some things that are happening in our times.
There is a blindness that brings a tunnel vision, that block from seeing the bigger picture. As prophets we see in part, but as things unfold situations become clearer. We have to be careful we don’t succumb to what we see here and now, and bow to the emotions and bigotry that is manifesting. We have to rise above this, and seek the Lord for His perspective.
At the root of intolerance are hatred, prejudice and discrimination. It is born out of judging others often through misunderstanding. We have to check our hearts that our intolerance isn’t also born out of a wrong religious mindset. We also need to check where we have been conditioned to think a certain way because of cultural conditioning. I know this is a heavy word and is profound and deep but we need the Holy Spirit to come and reveal where we have prejudices and wrong mindsets.
When we think of prejudice we think of racial prejudice. Yes this is a serious prejudice that breeds intolerance, however there are many other areas of prejudice. Some examples are: misunderstanding of different cultural ways, denominational divisions, and against different religions and nationalities.
If our intolerance is founded on a wrong foundation, a foundation of misunderstanding, prejudice and fear of other people groups we will get a distorted viewpoint of that people group. However, if we deal with our prejudices and seek God’s perspective on this we will see and feel His heart towards these one’s.
Perhaps one of the hardest things is to love. We are all made in God’s image and He loves all that He has made. The tragedy is some people have been tools used of the enemy to bring evil. They are one’s who stir up divisions, prejudices, and evil doctrines.
So what does God tolerate? The truth is He doesn’t tolerate. Tolerance is where there is grey – not a clear black and white on issues. It is taking the middle ground so as not to offend. It is actually compromise. The Word of God is our book that teaches and shows us His character and His ways.
We have to be careful what we tolerate. There is a sword that is separating the true from the false, the precious from the vile, good from evil and we need to know which side we are standing on.
Many will be deceived in the last days and we need to know God’s heart and His revelation of His truth so we walk in wisdom, and understanding. We have to know what He is saying in this hour.
The Lord is highlighting where we are intolerant birthed out of prejudices, and discrimination. We have to have God’s heart on some important issues that are being highlighted at this time. We cannot pray with God given authority until our intolerance has been confessed. We have to see as God sees with our eyes of understanding opened. Only He can give us His love for those we struggle to understand, those who do not agree or have the same doctrines, and opinions as us. We need to see as He sees like never before. We may be surprised at what He shows us.
Ephesians 1:17-19 - That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him,
The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that you may know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, and what is the exceeding greatness of His power toward us who believe, according to the working of His mighty power.

Divine Intention
by Glenice Mills
There is a divine intention being released on some people in this hour. It is being released on male and female, young and old, from various nations. They know they have a God given mandate to do a particular assignment. These precious ones are from all around the world who know who they are in God. They know the stand they have to make to get the job done. They are unwavering in their vision and focus. They have a particular job to do here and now in this time in history. It is burning on the inside of them. They are ready right now.
However the problem they face is being misunderstood. There are certain God given traits that have the potential to offend those who do not understand their motivation. We need to understand one another more than ever and our unique individual anointing. This can only happen as the Holy Spirit reveals. There are some things that define this new breed of one’s called to do a specific job to advance God’s Kingdom right now.
Following are some areas that define them:
- They are hard-nosed – They see the job that needs doing and will not waver from what God has shown them to do.
- They can come across as emotionally hard – There is a God given emotional detachment because the task is all consuming. This does not mean they do not care, in fact they care so much that the job just has to get done! They have gone through a very deep process of feeling the things that break God’s heart so their focus remains on track.
- The job will get done no matter the cost – whether that is personal, financial, emotional or even loss of life.
- Their speech is direct – it is succinct as they speak and lay our their God given plans.
- They can appear distant. They are often not ‘with us’ as their thoughts are on what needs to be done. The task is all consuming and they don’t want to be side tracked by the things of this world.
- They can have a ‘don’t mess with me’ demeanor that can repel those who feel insecure or do not like change.
- They can come across as unloving but in fact they love so much they will not move from their God given task.
- They are orderly in their thinking and actions, with exact strategies laid out with a step-by-step list of things to be done to work toward the vision.
- They are very aware of timing – knowing they dare not move before time or too late and miss the full impact and effect of the plans and strategies.
- They walk in a Spirit of the Fear of the Lord. They know the weight of the task given to them to fulfill.
- They have a quiet determination that can come across as ‘they don’t care’ when in fact they care so much that it drives them to do all that needs to be done.
- They are intentional in their plan and purpose. There is no back down or compromising what the Lord has shown them to do.
- They are warriors – they have fought many battles that have forged on the inside of them an overcoming spirit.
- They know their God. They are acutely aware of His character and ways and are unwavering in their stand and love of Truth.
- They are mature in God. Their character has been tested and forged through the fires of affliction. They know what it is to grieve God’s heart because of sin.
- They have a quiet determination. They don’t have to be known, and are not looking for the accolades of man.
- There is no ambition or selfish motives. It has died in them as their lives are fully sold out to God.
- All religious ways have been worked out of their lives.
- They are lovers of the Word of God.
- They are teachable and obedient to God.
- They have one’s speaking into their lives and are accountable to those God has given to them.
- They are an active member of the body of Christ.
- Every area of independence has been exposed and dealt with so their obedience is absolute.
Ignorance breeds misunderstanding. We have to know the seasons and times we live in. We cannot let ignorance be a hindrance to what God has planned. As we search out the Word of God and seek Him for understanding He will show us what He is doing in this hour.
We need to be careful that fear does not rule because we don’t understand what is happening. All fear has to be looked at, confessed and choosing to overcome and move forward into the new things the Lord is doing. Fear cannot be an excuse to block or hinder those who are intent on fulfilling their God given mandate in this hour.
Another problem that can come is the accusation that these ones are religious. Their focus can be so devout that it is used against them, as it seems inflexible.
It requires great discernment to know those who are true. It will be by their fruits that you will know them.
It is about the foundations in their lives. Their lives are built on the firm foundations of Jesus Christ. They have been proven and are one’s who have stood without fear or favour.
We have to keep in mind that this is a divine intention. It is not built on sand; it will not give way or fall apart. It is a sovereign move of God and His plans and purposes will prevail.
Jesus Christ is our example. He knew that His life was about dying on the cross at Calvary for mankind’s sin. Everything prepared Him for this time. There was an exact time for this to happen. So it is with one’s called in this hour to do a specific task to advance God’s Kingdom here on earth.
They are apostolic warriors. They have an apostolic mandate to speak and do all the Lord requires.
Please pray the Lord would give you eyes to see, ears to hear and hearts to perceive and understand what He is doing. Don’t be a stumbling block to the new thing the Lord is doing.
Now like never before is the time to run our race with endurance.
Hebrews 12:1-2
Therefore we also, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us
looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.

A Sign & A Wonder - God's Power Being Displayed
by Glenice Mills
I am writing this in the early hours of the first day of the New Year. I marvel at what God is doing.
Just three hours ago crowds were on the foreshore of Surfers Paradise and along the beaches of the Gold Coast with their eyes fixed on the fireworks ushering in the New Year. Suddenly a few minutes later God sent His amazing light display as a storm with thunder and lightening and heavy rain hit the Gold Coast. This was not some small storm, but one that is still going three hours later. Heavy rain has and is still falling.
What is God saying?
Man can spend tens of thousands of dollars with his light show in the form of fireworks. We worship what man has made (fireworks) and are in awe of the colour, light and sound. Yet God has sent a sign and a wonder as His light display was there for all to see. He was saying, “You can make this display by your own hands, but My majesty and power is being displayed for all to see.” It is a sign and a wonder.
We live in an apostolic age and we should expect God to speak through signs and wonders. We expect and have a mindset that this involves healing, which it does. However He can speak through much more than this, such as the weather, nature and other forms. We have been blind to this and have missed much of what the Lord is saying and doing, however this is changing. We will see in a greater measure how God speaks through many different means. He will reveal profound things through signs and we should expect this to happen more as our eyes are opened and our hearts are eager to receive all He wants to release to us. It is a wonder to see God’s hand move upon the earth and in the heavenly realm.
God’s power has been and is being displayed tonight. This is a sign. He is releasing greater power to His people, one’s that He can trust to use it wisely and in humility. This power is not for man to glory in himself, but rather to advance God’s Kingdom here on earth. Again we have limited God because of religious mindsets. This will change. Those who hunger for greater truth and revelation will see and hear more of what God is doing in this hour. Their eyes will be opened.
God is challenging us with what we gaze upon. Man worshiped fireworks, their gaze was in the heavens but not at the God of heaven and earth. There is much in this world today that distracts our gaze. We look at screens – computer, television, mobile phone screens to name a few.
What are you gazing at? What are your eyes fixed on? The eye gate is a very powerful access tool of the enemy and we need to be careful we do not open doors for him to gain a stronghold. It is subtle, it creeps in, insidiously working its way into the fabric of our character until we are hoodwinked into believing what we are seeing is okay. Our conscience becomes seared. This is something we must guard against in these times.
Remember God hates idolatry! Idolatrous practices and worship of false idols is going to be exposed in greater measure. It will begin to be pulled down. Idolatry takes many forms. It begins with us as individuals but it has great strongholds over cities and nations too.
God is going to expose the idols particularly in cities, regions and in nations. Idolatry is an abomination in God’s sight. He will have no thing come between Him and man. He will not endorse false worship of things that take us away from relationship with Him. He is judging and will judge some things in relation to this area of idolatry. However it starts with us his body of believers first. The enemy only has access where we have allowed it. When we sin by worshiping icons, money or people He will expose and have us repent. Unfortunately in this world we live in there are many ‘things’ that take us away from Him. This is a huge topic and I will reveal more about this in coming times.
Needless to say lets be on watch and see God move as He exposes those things that are an offence to Him.
This is the time of prophetic words going up about what is to happen in 2015.
Yes many will see breakthrough and the fulfilling of dreams and visions. However we do need to be on guard that we do not lay claim to it for ourselves and build on the false foundation of the idol of self. The fruits will not remain! This would be a tragedy as many are watching. We do not want to be one who causes another to stumble.
Fix your eyes on the Lord. That is your protection in these times.
Proverbs 4:25-27
Let your eyes look straight ahead,
And your eyelids look right before you.
Ponder the path of your feet,
And let all your ways be established.
Do not turn to the right or the left;
Remove your foot from evil.
That is God’s Scripture for all of us at this time.
Blessings.
